An Advanced Course on Leadership and
Impactful Strategic Planning

Looking for a Strategic Planning workshop that discusses the hard questions of strategic leadership and the complexities of strategic trade-off and planning? This workshop is for you.

It is designed to take School Leaders and Key Personnel into a deeper discussion and learning on the practice of Leadership and Strategic Planning. Difficult questions and advanced topics that address the depth, nuances and conflicting demands in actual practice will be discussed. Four key areas central to impactful strategic planning will be covered, namely:

  • Translating Strategy into Actionable Plan

  • Strategy Implementation and Review

 

To enable deeper and personalized learning, the workshop adopts a collaborative and co-creative learning approach. Using leadership round-table facilitation, participants will raise questions and issues for discussion to find insights and possible solutions in your school. The workshop aims to provide real-life learning opportunities to hone the strategic capabilities of School Leaders and Key Personnel to lead with deeper impact.

The 1-day Training Workshop will be from 9am to 5pm.
